This is a Garelick plate that has a D-Ring welded to it in order to hold an extra line for your catch, a leash or whatever else you'd like to hold.
This plate slides into the table mount, and is held in with the lock pin. This plate is made from 0.250" stainless steel, is ground on the sides to slip into the mount, and lock.
