How Long Before I get my Order?

This is by far the MOST COMMON question I get from customers.  The lead time for orders to be shipped is displayed at the top of every page on the website.  It changes from season to season, but during peak season (i.e. summer) it's the longest.  Typically 3-4 weeks.

You have to understand:  I'm a one man operation.  I do everything from ordering materials, to website development, to fabrication, polishing, and shipping.  Everything.  It takes a while to get your order during the peak season.

I also post the leadtime in the confirmation e-mail that you get sent when placing the order.

PLEASE understand the lead time, and no, I don't offer expedited service.  If I did, everyone would do it and I'd be in the same situation!
